A. We have three flexible recruitment packages designed to meet your needs. Our pricing is affordable and based on an hourly rate for all recruitment activities and process improvements. The hourly rate is tailored to each package, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that perfectly aligns with your recruitment requirements. Q. How long does it take to get this started, so I can get recruitment help?

A. Once you reach out to us, we'll swiftly provide you with all the necessary information and assistance to kickstart your recruitment assistance. Your requirements will be addressed promptly to ensure a seamless and efficient start. We’ve had a lot of instances where we’ve been able to start as early as the next day. But the usual recruitment commencement timeframe is a standard 5 - 10 business days depending on our recruiter availability.

Q. Will you be based in our offices?

Our team works in a hybrid setting. While we primarily work remotely and from our central Auckland office, we understand the value of in-person collaboration. However, we’ve proven time and again with clients that physical proximity isn’t needed in order to be a highly effective team member. We’re only ever a virtual meeting, phone call, text or email away. And we’ve attended occasions ranging from company inductions, regular huis as well as many social events at our clients' request. All whilst growing and nurturing that team connection in our day to day work as well.

Q. How long will this working relationship last for?

A. The length of our working relationship depends on your recruitment needs. Each of our recruitment packages are purposefully flexible to encompass varying durations to support any requirements, but it really just comes down to you telling us how long you need us for. The recruitment package criteria are as follows:

  • Wā Roa Recruit: Long Term Recruitment plan that lasts more than 12 months with a dedicated full-time or part-time SnapHire Recruiter.
  • Wā Poto Recruit: Short Term Recruitment plan that lasts less than 12 months with a dedicated full-time or part-time SnapHire Recruiter
  • Noa Recruit: Our Casual Recruitment plan, where any ad hoc work will be completed whenever you need it, with a 1-4 business day turnaround time

Q. How and when will I be invoiced?

A. Any special cases such as travel or overseas phone calls will incur an extra charge, as well as any work undertaken outside of the standard Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, the charge for each recruitment package includes all other costs associated with getting the work done and having the best possible outcome, so you can focus your attention elsewhere.

Q. What if I run out of work to hand over?

A. Depending on your chosen package plan, we are committed to supporting you in various ways.

Our long-term and short-term plans provide dedicated resources and consistent support according to the agreed upon schedule. It's important to note that charges apply due to having a committed resource for that set duration. However, we are always open to collaboration beyond set tasks, as demonstrated with various clients we work with who have been very happy with the results. We can explore streamlining your overall process and provide suggestions for improvement, if required.

For our casual package, we will only initiate recruitment activities based on the specific requests you send us. You will be charged solely for those individual requests, ensuring cost-effectiveness when there is no ongoing work.

A. We work on the belief that transparency is key to any type of partnership. All costs are discussed and agreed upon before any work is undertaken, so you can rest easy knowing there are no hidden costs associated with us helping you to reach your recruitment goals.
